2026 Boat Slip Rental Prices

*PWC space is on a Wave Armor port. Winterization is not included.
Our pricing is based on the physical length of your boat. We require a 50% deposit, which is due by September 30th, 2026, to secure your spot. The final payment installment will be due by March 1st, 2027. An extra fee will be added for the following boat types: $500 for cabin boats, $350 for double-decker boats, and $300 for sailboats. If you have a boat that is longer than 25 feet, we ask that you please contact us for availability and pricing.
