Never Rented before? We have you covered.
What do I need to rent?
When renting a boat, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes before your rental time. If you did not complete the paperwork, please be prepared to allow enough time to do so.
We require that renters or drivers be at least 21 years old. If you were born after 01/01/1981, you must have a boating safety certificate issued from a NASBLA approved course. You will need to bring your Driver’s License, Boater ID, Credit Card for authorization, and Boater’s License. For more on this, you can view our important information listed below. Once all of this is complete, we will briefly go over some boating safety tips prior to your rental beginning. We recommend reviewing our boating safety section, as there is good information and videos you can watch to help you be prepared.

Renting Length
How long is my rental period?
We offer Half-day & Full-day rentals. The rental length will be shown depending on the boat you choose. If you need a more customized rental period outside of what we offer, we ask that you please contact us so that we can accommodate you accordingly. Please understand that rentals are booked in advance through our Rent A Boat booking software system. Holidays & Weekends time periods will vary.
Please rent according to your party size. We have boats that can accommodate 1 person up to a party of 14 people, so please be sure to rent the boat that will best suit your party size.
Interested in a Multi-day rental? We can accommodate a boat rental during your entire stay or visit. Be sure to contact us to find out more about our Multi-Day rental packages.

Bring on, Leave behind
What should I bring? Or not bring!
Every rental is a unique experience, although here is a general list of things that you may feel free to bring for your rental.
Do Bring: Water, Sunscreen, Hat, Sunglasses, Lanyards for Eyewear, Towels, Snacks, Sweatshirt or Jacket, Watershoes or Flipflops, a Dry Bag, Bluetooth speaker (some boats have so be sure to check), Waterproof phone cover.
Do Not Bring: Glass of any kind, Open Flame Grills, No Fireworks at all, Valuables, or anything that you would not be okay with getting wet!
Please remember pets are not allowed on the rental boats. Smoking is prohibited.
Sometimes less is more, and too many things can take away from the experience. Remember that boats have limited storage available. Also, bear in mind a group of adults will pack differently than a family with young children. We do recommend bringing long-sleeved items, as it can get cool on the lake!
Remember, we are here to help, so please contact us with any questions you may have, as we want to ensure that your rental period goes as smoothly as possible!
